SMS Campaign Terms and Conditions
Program Description
Centre Street Food Pantry's SMS Program ("Program") sends text messages to clients who register through our client portal at centrestfoodpantry.org. Messages sent through the Program include:
- Pantry open hours
- Weather-related pantry closures or schedule changes
- Details around appointments they have made
- Reminders when they have scheduled an appointment
- One time passcodes to authenticate
How to Join
You are enrolled in the Program when you enter your mobile phone number in the Centre Street Food Pantry client portal to register for services or schedule an appointment and provide consent for SMS messages.
By providing your mobile number, completing verification, and providing consent, you consent to receive SMS messages from Centre Street Food Pantry related to the Program as described above.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity, including verification codes, appointment confirmations, and occasional updates. You should generally expect no more than a few messages per month outside of active appointment scheduling.
Cost of the Program
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to any SMS messages sent or received through the Program. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out / Cancellation
You can cancel the Program at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from Centre Street Food Pantry. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send you a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to rejoin the Program, register again through the client portal or contact us directly. Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your eligibility for food pantry services.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported Carriers
The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability is not guaranteed, and coverage may vary.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Campaign Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time
