The extraordinary growth in need has pushed us to become a large year-round outdoor operation, yet we have retained the feeling of a small, vibrant volunteer community that works together to be sure that no one is worrying about food or foregoing food for other expenses.

Our No Child Hungry Fundraiser is Underway!
We have a generous donation match of $50,000 from the Berlin Family Foundation to help us reach our $100,000 goal.
As you know food is expensive and healthy, nutritious food even more so. Some parents sacrifice meals so their children can eat; some children are going hungry. You can help us change that.
In the summer many families must buy more food for their children because they are not in school and do not have access to free breakfast and lunch. Even those who receive lunch at approved meals sites return home and are still hungry.
With your support, Centre Street will give a bag full of fresh lunch food to all families with children all summer that includes milk, deli meats, cheese, rolls, yogurt and fruit. Year round, our Kids Club program bag includes more shelf stable foods for breakfast and lunch. We’re providing food for 1,450 children every month!

Join our team in the Ride and Stride for Food!
The Ride and Stride for Food is a chance for you to enjoy a great day of cycling or walking to raise funds for Centre Street. The event offers a 25K, 50K or 62.2K bike ride or a 5K walk at the Noble and Greenough School campus in Dedham. It’s a fun day that also includes food trucks, music and lots of camaraderie!
Our team goal is to raise $65,000 for Centre Street, and if you need help getting fit to ride or just want to enjoy the team’s company during a training ride, contact our captain Andy Levine. He’ll also share ideas for getting supporters for your ride!
