The lack of healthy food or having enough food is now a regular way of life for 1 in 3 people living in eastern Massachusetts. These people are families with children (especially single parent families) senior citizens, migrants escaping war or unthinkable living conditions, and those just trying to make ends meet. Some have experienced an unexpected job loss or medical condition that upended their life. Every week the number of them who visit us for food keeps increasing. We rely on your financial support to help them.
We are an independent 501(c) organization that is a Greater Boston Food Bank Community Partner. We apply more than 95% of the funds we receive to sustain our food purchases and programs.
