Kate is a social worker with 15+ years of experience in direct and operational social service positions. Kate’s approach focuses on the ‘bio-psycho-social-spiritual’ model of mental health care which emphasizes holistic assessment, healing, and empowerment of people and communities, particularly those experiencing overwhelming stress, grief, or isolation. Kate is also a part-time preacher. She lives in Brighton with her husband, two daughters, and their Shih Tzu. Kate joined the board in 2019.
